We specialize in post-construction cleaning only. Projects with lead paint, asbestos, or regulated materials require a licensed abatement contractor first. Once the site is certified clear, we handle all cleaning phases.
The estimator gives a non-binding range. Actual pricing depends on site condition, access, ceiling heights, and finishes. Site walkthroughs are complimentary and final bids delivered within 24 hours.
Yes. We handle TI projects in partially or fully occupied buildings with after-hours and weekend mobilization. Noise-restricted and dust-controlled cleaning methods are standard for TI work.
